I hate over thinking.
Creates problems that just might not be there.
Does anyone know a cure for this?

Wait wait!
I do!
Vacation!
Thank goodness I am long gone tomorrow.
All I need is my crazy family and I am cured!
Right?
Let's hope so.

Dancing in the Price Tag

Weird title.
I know.
There is a story behind it!
I'll get to that.

Yesterday my mom was being quite spontaneous and she decided we should drive to Coaldale to our grandparents house.
So we did!
We had a huge dinner.
I sent a text to my grandpa telling him that Harmon eat's A LOT so be prepared.
Well he took that quite seriously.
WAY TO MUCH FOOD!

At my grandparents house they always have music playing, that old stuff.
But I grew up listening to it so I actually do enjoy it.
Mackenzie decided to change the channel then I decided to teach my mom how to dance.
Even my little brothers were dancing along.
Our family is all about dancing in the kitchen.

Then we took some pictures on my grandma's computer.

Yup that be my Grandma in the middle

We had a lot more strange pictures but some how they got lost.
Sad day.

NEXT
we drove to Raymond.
WHO DOES THAT RIGHT?
My mom kept cranking the music and then we decided to send a HeyTell Courtney of us singing Price Tag.
Ya the Marsh's should be banned from all singing, at least it should only be kept in the vehicle. But nope we decided to send it out.

In Raymond we hung out at my cousins house for awhile and had some odd conversations.
I rather not share.

On the way home we cranked our family's song.
"DANCING IN THE MOONLIGHT!"
and decided to HeyTell our singing to Derek.
Sorry if we destroyed your ears.

Let me tell you about my mother during this song.
Everytime it comes on she goes crazy.
Like I'm talking using her cellphone as a microphone and taking her hands off the wheel to dance kind of crazy.
She's a nut but we claim her.

Anywho.
Yesterday was great.
Family is awesome.
Simple as that.

Being called weird is like being called Limited Edition. Meaning you're something people don't see that often. Remember that.

Yesterday Yesterday.

Yesterdays was one epic summer day.
I kind of hate the word epic.
People use it too much but I didn't know how else to describe yesterday.
A lot of exciting events took place.

Event #1
Anywho!
I got off work (YIPPEEE!)
Walked to the campground to visit Colton until he got off work.
Then we picked a bunch of hooligans up and made our way to the crik.
We thought we'd just be walking to some swimming hole but NOPE
we hiked, jumped off ledges, slid down hills.
Got stuck in mud...
by the time we got to our destination we were sweating like none other
you see...
according to Colton's truck it was 37 degrees out.
Yup...and this is Cardston we're talking about!!
By the time we got to our spot, which was the edge of a cliff we couldn't bare the heat anymore sooo...
we all jumped.
All 8 of us...one after the other.
THEN!
(I'm still so excited about this event!)
We kept swimming down the creek and discovered a waterfall...and a natural waterslide.
Let me tell you...
PAINFUL...but FUN...so very painful..but WOW!
There was this point where you sit down like on any other waterslide then the current takes you...it's peaceful then BAM!
Your going under water...going FAST coming back up for air..hitting rocks!
Then the end comes and you go down the waterfall.
Once you hit the bottom it seriously feels like you'll never come up and you panic a little bit.
Then you come up, all chat about how amazingly painful that was and then..
DO IT AGAIN!

That was seriously the most amazing swimming hole I have ever been to.

Event #2
After swimming
Colton, Aaron, Austin, & I went quading.
We raced.
I may or may not have gotten last place.
That was fun.

We then played kinect.
I beat Austin in boxing.
Enough said.

We got so sweaty we went swimming again.
We found a dead fish.
The boys were so freaked out about it.
Austin was practically crying when it touched his back.

I have awesome friends,
why?
They don't wanna grow up.
I'm okay with that!
I don't either.
We may have found sticks and while quading home we may have pretended we had wands and were fighting each other.
I loved it.

Event #3
When it got dark out we then watched a scary moving in the loft of a barn.
I don't handle scary movies well.
Or scary places...
so.
Ya.

Event #4
I woke up very late at night feeling like someone was watching me (stupid scary movies)
I opened my eyes and almost died.
There was my mother, hovering over me.
Staring.
RUDE.

Everything You Do

I may or may not dance around my house to this song often...
I just love it :)

Mm some HP

Nope.
I'm not referring to HP sauce.
I just love Harry Potter,
the movie overall I mean.
The series!
I remembered yesterday why I haven't gone to a movie for a very long time.
I forget that I'm in public and laugh too loud and gasp so that everyone knows I'm surprised.
If you ever get stuck in a theatre with me I'm deeply sorry, I just forget sometimes...ya know?
I must say my surroundings yesterday made the movie just that more better.
You see, this guys cellphone rang.
SUPER LOUD.
Everyone sat up and stared, then he had the nerve to start talking on it? SUPER LOUD!
At once everyone was about to stand up and bash him in.
Okay maybe that was exaggerating but you could feel the anger in the room.
THEN
near the end of the movie
at a serious part,
everyone is mellow.
A woman biffs it down the stairs...!!! & it was loud, painfull sounding.
I could not hold it in, nor could the rest of us in the row.
Suddenly I didn't know what was more funny...
The sounds coming out of Cameron's mouth because he was trying so hard not to laugh or Carter's laugh.
But yes, the movie was excellent.
I would not mind watching it again...and maybe again? Perhaps one more time after that :)

Did anyone else get that feeling that they didn't want it to end because it felt like their childhood was ending right before their eyes?
I did.

Javelin

We were getting pretty competitive playing javelin I don't think we realized how hilarious we looked.
Sadly it didn't record me throwing, just the end of my happy dance.

Taken aback.

Yesterday, July the 14th was good to me.
-I didn't have to work
-I was bored so decided to run to Waterton with some people
-I got a text message from someone I didn't think I'd be talking to for approximately 3 weeks (I just love it when he surprises me like that)
-Found a majority of my friends in Waterton playing basketball.
-I had ice cream (finally got satisfy my craving)
-When I came back home 2 lovely people whom I have not seen in quite awhile decided to plaster their faces against my basement window.
-We had a spontaneous Harry Potter Party.
-Christian shared his candy with me.
-Kayden's mom let me steal a jar of her salsa (AMAAAAZING)
-I got sat on by 2 boys whom love to pester me (weird how that kind of made me happy eh?)

Overall I just liked yesterday.
May sound lame to you but it was a great day.
Especially since I thought I wouldn't be doing a thing.

Aimless

I'm not much of a person for sleeping in.
Sure I'll stay in my room until 9
But I'm up at 6:30 everyday.
I'm thinking I need to start running again.
But like I said "I'm thinking"
It's a matter of getting my butt up and out.

P.S.
Did anyone see that storm last night?
WOW.
Lightning was coming from every direction!
Also another exciting moment from yesterday.
Them horses in my back yard, they always run away from me when I come outside and it upsets me.
All I wanna do is give em some lovin'
Last night during the storm they actually came to me :)
We bonded.
It was lovely.
I even shared some apples with them.

I am well aware that this post was pretty dang aimless.
I wasn't shooting for any particular topic :P

A Sudden Urge

I had an urge yesterday.
It was bigger than most my other urges ever have been.
My urges usually consist of purchasing a chocolate bar
a coke,
candy,
maybe some new clothing...

Yesterday I purchased a kinect.
Oh boy :)
I love my kinect.
I'm not a gamer whatsoever.
The only time I touch the Xbox is to turn on Prison Break.
That's it.
With my kinect I purchased Dance Central

Last night me and my siblings turned that game on if we keep practicing I'm pretty sure we'll be the first family dance crew in Cardston.
Seriously all my sibs just love it.
It's nice to see Harmon retire the guns for a bit a replace em with some dancing shoes.
We'll have to take a video and post it one day.
Seriously too much fun.
If anyone wants to come dance with me seriously call me up! I'm down!
I don't care who you are :P

Reminiscin'

A few weeks ago my Grandma came to our house to visit and I decided to go through her pictures on her laptop.
By the way this is Grandma
Yup, she makes silly faces like I do.
I love her cause she's silly :)

Anywho!
I've pretty much seen every picture of me as a child so I didn't think I'd see anything new.
Reminiscing is just fun ya know!?
Well...turns out I found quite a few pictures I haven't seen before and I learnt a few things about myself.

...Like my sister was always such a cutie and then there was me...
You see that outfit I'm wearing (oh I'm the girl on the right)
Apparently I liked that outfit a lot...that flowery jumpsuit.
I found A LOT of pictures of me in that jumpsuit.

I USE TO BE BLONDE! That would be me on the right.

I learnt that waterslides excited me...can't ya tell?! :)

Would you just look at that outfit?

I learnt that apparently I needed to wear a hat with my name on it to remember who I am...

Why is there a monkey around my neck? I do not know.

These 2 pictures are just so dang cute! ...

Snort Snort

I love being with family.
My family is huge.
Each member is different but strange in their own way.
We like strange.
You have to be strange to be in our family.
Don't worry if you marry into our family we'll train ya ;)

My mom's favorite quote of all time is
"I tried being normal, then I got bored...so I decided to be myself instead"
My mom is quite silly, as for the rest of her siblings AKA my aunts & uncles.

Last night we decided to have a family game night.
No matter the game we usually end up embarrassing ourselves and looking silly even if it is a simple card game.
Well this game was MEANT for embarrassing yourself.
I took advantage of the situation and told Morgan he MUST come over.
I didn't give him to many details because I didn't want him knowing what he was getting himself into.

Completely off topic but I hadn't seen that boy for approximately 3 weeks so the fact that we finally actually both had time to see each other was a bonus to this evening of greatness.

ANYWAYS!
The family got around the table.
We whipped the game out.
Explained the rules and the snorting, quacking, hissing began.

What game did we play you ask?
This game goes by the name "Snorta"
Hilarious!
I think if a stranger walked into the room while we were playing they would have called some mental place or something.
Picture this.
A bunch of people sitting around the table staring each other down snorting and growling at each other just to get rid of a few cards.
Yes indeed it was entertaining and fun :-) I quite enjoyed myself though I was horrible at remembering my animal noises
What kind of animal says "Sa" "Blobs" "Saack"
"YEEEHAWWW"-That one was my mother

The plan was to have Morgan embarrass himself but somehow he enjoyed himself AND won every round. Crap.
Epic fail.
OH WELL!
Glad to see someone enjoys our wild family, probably because he's just as much a wild child.

I'm the king of the castle!

It was hot out
So we swam, all afternoon and evening long.
The water was nice
We wanted to do something else for a bit.
We started a fire on the beach,
ate some wieners.
Then we got an amazing idea.

We built this lovely. Yes it is as big as it looks!

These right here are the builders! You may call us professionals if you'd like.

These are the rascals we spent the entire day with.

Then we started it on fire.

The end.

P.S.
I discovered this jaw while snorkling.

I We Todd Did

Read my title out loud.
Do you get it?
Well...that's exactly how I feel after yesterday.
I did a few stupid things yesterday
Some were fun, some were plain torture.
Yes I do have a list.
(If you want to avoid some boring stories you can look at the pretty pictures)
;)

I stayed up until 6 in the morning got an hour and a half of sleep then went to work at 9
While at work I couldn't find the debit button, I had to call for help.
Turns out it was the biggest button on the till with big bold letters it stared and me and laughed
DEBIT
While at work for some reason I assumed I worked 8 hours.
9-6.
Well...this morning I looked at my schedule and turns out I was only suppose to work 4 hours.
That right there made me so angry!!!

Second stupid thing.
After work I went to Colton's house with Mackenzie & Charlie and we decided to go quading.
I was a little bit hyper and figured out I cannot talk and drive because apparently I use my hands while I talk a tad too much. Well while I was talking we lost Colton and Mackenzie so I started driving in circles and finally I saw Colton standing at the top of a hill. Well I was too busy talking to him and I didn't quite realize (though Charlie was yelling in my ear) that we were rolling down a very very steep hill and Colton kept yelling to turn to the less steeper part. Luckily I did do just that before I killed someone.
See that wasn't too stupid, but that is where the stupidity of the evening did kick in.

THIRD! (Not really stupid but fun!)
We decided to climb some cliffs, Colton wanted to get some pictures of us sitting on the cliff.
I wanted to climb down them instead...Mackenzie kept getting mad cause I was freaking her out.
So we went to some more cliffs on the other side of the river, me and Colton decided we wanted to go check out a cave which involved some rock climbing. We decided to go barefoot because we had better grip then. Little did we know there were tiny thorns sitting in the sand and rock. OUCH!
After we checked out the cave and made our way back to the quads I decided I wasn't done climbing, So I thought I'd climb over one cliff and to the other side where the quads were and make my way down. Half way down the other side I clued in that there was no way I was going to make it down and I started to FREAK OUT! I tried scooting to a less steep spot but if every time I tried I slipped a little bit more. Finally Colton and Charlie stood at the bottom of the ledge and told me to let my feet drop, I did and holy crap did I scream! I kept picture myself falling flat on my face and breaking multiple bones. Finally I just jumped! Yup...I jumped. No water below. I obviously didn't learn from last summer right?
Luckily Colton and Charlie caught me, I don't think I started breathing again for a good 10 minutes.

I think that's the end of my stupidity stories.
The rest of the night was fun, we built a fire on the beach and swam in the dark and I fell asleep beside the fire which was lovely!

PICTURE TIME!!!!

NO BOY ZONE!

All my life I've hung out with the boys.
I never really got along with girls, I was more comfortable with the guys.
There are a select few of girls that I can actually bare to be around for a long time.
What do you when a huge majority every your guy friends head off to a week long camp!?

I'm going out of my head & this is only day 1!!!!

coming home from work with everyone gone also made me lose my mind a little bit more.

It's a terrible thing

It's a terrible thing when you miss someone so bad that you forget what their face looks like.
I have quite the list of people that I miss...

knowing when I'll see them again would help a lot but I don't have a clue.
...huff puff...

Busy Busy Busy!

I promise I will update y'all with my life real soon, I just haven't been able to find the time yet. For someone who hasn't had any plans for the summer I'm sure not finding a lot of free time. Mostly because I force myself to do stuff. The moment I have time I will post pictures and share stories and what not.
Until then...

Peace!
